Klas Telecom joins Verizon and Nokia for their third annual Operation Convergent Response (#OCR2019) public safety solutions showcase and live demonstration event taking place at the Guardian Centers, in Perry, GA, November 19-21, 2019. #OCR2019 brings together dozens of the world’s most innovative companies to showcase their advanced technologies and experience firsthand how they work under pressure in a crisis.
Klas Telecom will provide the backbone to Verizon’s Core Network for the event on Voyager Tactical Data Center (Voyager TDC) in the Joint Operations Center (JOC) and equip Emergency First Responders with critical voice, video, and data communications/storage in the field using minimal equipment with VoyagerSW26G and TRX R2.
Klas Telecom’s Voyager communications system of systems will be used to showcase the most efficient way Emergency First Responders can communicate in various scenarios such as: the aftermath of a wildfire, cyber-attacks on critical utility infrastructures, an airport in crisis, and multi-layered and complex terrorist attacks.
